Self proclaimed lover of all things delicious. Here you’ll find my chronicling of my coffee and food experiences in Japan. My taste preference is usually about finding a balance of flavors. When I’m not thinking about food or coffee, I’m a Web Specialist by trade. Thankfully, I work remotely quite often, which lets me go out and explore new food and coffee experiences pretty regularly. I also like music and working out – because it lets me eat more, but I’m sure my doctor would be happier if I wasn’t so set on eating and drinking my way through Japan.
